10 Residential Units Replacing Four-Unit Building

Shi Xiong Zhou has filed applications for a six-story, 10-unit mixed-use building at 837 52nd Street, in Sunset Park near 8th Avenue. The new building will measure 11,920 square feet and a daycare center will span 3,030 square feet on the first two floors.
