11-Story Extell Building

The Second Avenue project will be fairly small, taking the place of a single tenement at the corner of Second and East 92nd Street. It is planned to rise 11 stories and include 20 apartments spread over nearly 25,000 square feet of residential space, with two per floor from the second to the 11th floors.
