2406 Hoffman Street

Developer AB Capstone has filed plans for a second residential building at 2406 Hoffman Street, just south of Fordham University in the Belmont section of the Bronx. The building would rise six stories and hold 10 apartments, with a shared outdoor terrace on the second floor and a lobby with a 21-car garage on the ground floor.
