Property owner Daudi Rodriguez has filed applications for two two-story, two-unit residential buildings at the lots 2414-2416 Bouck Avenue, in Pelham Gardens. The four residential units will be split across nearly 6,900 square feet of residential space, and an existing two-story, single-family building must first be demolished.
