414 Onderdonk LLC has filed applications to construct a reinforced concrete, seven-story, 16-family mixed-use building at 25-34 31st Street, in Astoria, which will span a total of 12,500 square feet, including 1,800 square feet of street-level retail. Demolition of an existing two-story structure was approved in June; Christopher V Papa is designing.
