A 2.5-story home in Brooklyn's Brighton Beach neighborhood is about to bite the dust, with new building applications now filed for its six-story replacement, at 3022 Brighton 14th Street. The first four floors of the mixed-use structure will have a school, while the fifth, sixth, and penthouse levels will be occupied by an ambulatory diagnostic/treatment center.
