96-Unit Mixed-Use Development

Robert Martin Company plans to build a 110,000 square-foot mixed-use building on the vacant parcel of land at 35 Valley Avenue, in Westchester County's Elmsford. The building will have 96 market-rate units, and 11,500 square feet of retail will be located on the ground floor.
