Four-Story, Eight-Family Building

Izhak Djmemal has filed applications for a four-story, eight-unit residential building at 38 Broome Street, in southern Greenpoint. The new building will measure 5,000 square feet, which means units will average 625 square feet, indicating rentals. An existing two-story, three-unit townhouse must first be demolished.
