Four-Unit Building

Property owner Doreen Tam has filed applications for a four-story, four-unit residential building at 93 Douglass Street, in Carroll Gardens near Downtown Brooklyn. The building is expected to measure nearly 4,000 square feet, and Shiming Tam is designing. An existing two-story, two-unit brick townhouse must first be demolished.
