Construction is complete on a new commercial development at 84 14th Street in Gowanus, Brooklyn. The four-story building spans 16,000 square feet and includes three floors of office space, over 7,000 square feet of parking space at the ground floor, multiple outdoor terraces, and 5,000 square feet of recreation space at the roof level.
