Reality House Treatment Center

Reality House, a Queens-based substance abuse and HIV treatment provider, will soon open its second facility at 31-75 23rd Street in Astoria, Queens. The new facility will comprise 7,000 square feet on the fourth floor of the building and will support the organization's outpatient services and administrative functions.
