Renovations on a three-story, 8,856-square-foot mixed-use building are wrapping up at 61 Canal Street, located on the corner of Allen Street in Chinatown. Retail space will measure 2,143 square feet on the ground floor, followed by 6,713 square feet of community facility space on the second and third floors.
