The Residences at Symphony Hall

Construction is wrapping on the four-story, 60-unit residential project under development at 359 Halsey Street, located on the southern end of downtown Newark, N.J. The building will contain a mix of one- and two-bedroom rental apartments, all of which will be affordable.
