Tower 45 Renovation

Kamber Management Company is planning a $20 million renovation of Tower 45, the 40-story office tower at 120 West 45th Street, in Midtown. The renovation includes upgrades to the outdoor atrium, lobby, hallways, bathroom facilities, and mechanical equipment.
