Terms of Service

YIMBY+ is a development-intelligence product built on editorial coverage from the YIMBY publications, operated under a data partnership and revenue-share agreement with YIMBY. It provides project tracking, search, datasets, contact discovery, presentations, and a 3D city model. The service is provided by New York YIMBY LLC ("we", "us").

You need an account for most features. Keep your credentials to yourself and tell us promptly at the address below if you believe your account has been compromised. You are responsible for activity under your account. Team plans share billing across seats; each seat remains an individual account.

Paid tiers bill through Stripe, monthly or annually, at the prices shown on the pricing page at the time you subscribe. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. When you cancel, access continues through the end of the paid period; we do not prorate partial periods unless the law where you live requires it. Credit allowances (contact, web, and AI credits) are deposited each billing period as described on the pricing page; unused credits remain available while your subscription is active.

Editorial content in the service derives from licensed YIMBY coverage. Your subscription grants you a personal, non-transferable right to use the service and to export data where the product provides an export. It does not grant a right to republish, resell, scrape, or systematically redistribute the underlying content or datasets outside your organization.

Contact records surfaced by the service come from licensed third-party data providers. You agree to use revealed contact information lawfully — including compliance with anti-spam, telemarketing, and data-protection laws that apply to your outreach — and not to use it for harassment, discrimination, or any unlawful purpose. Contact reveals consume credits and are not refundable once delivered.

Do not probe, overload, or disrupt the service; do not access it by automated means except through features we provide; do not misrepresent your identity or affiliation; and do not use the service to build a competing dataset.

Development data changes fast and derives from editorial reporting and public records; we provide the service "as is" and do not warrant that any particular record is complete, current, or error-free. Nothing in the service is investment, legal, or professional advice. To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

You can cancel at any time from your account page. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms; if we terminate without cause, we will refund the unused portion of any prepaid period.

We may update these terms as the product evolves; material changes will be announced in the product before they take effect. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Questions: max@rebarradar.com.
